This application will help the Social Security Institutions aggregate the figures and the relevant indicators in order to produce comprehensive statistics in general and SSIC statistics in particular (Social Security Interafrican Conference: SSIC).

The second module called Generic give complementary results where you can choose the ventilation criterion.

It meets the requirements of African countries institutions -members of SSIC-, by providing them with the 80 standard charts specified in the specifications book of 2006, on top of the generic tables.

In fact and since the criteria and attributes are configured, the same table can be produced in several versions.

PROCESSING DATA

In this context, the application contains two modules:
• A standard data base and settings management module:
This module aims to:
- Introduce the relevant attributes and criteria of analysis: Years of projection, breakdown groups, attributes and categories (category of employers, category of contributions, etc.)
- Draw the formatting of models and types of tables focusing on the configuration of the components ergonomy: Font, colors, etc.
• A module to extract and generate the statistics data from the specific data base of the institution (production and management): This module must be first somehow adapted to support the specific inflows data. It associates automatically the relevant criteria and attributes defined per entity and which are needed to do the back up and dump it in a standard statistics data base that can be consulted and printed.
GENERIC STATISTICS PRINTING
This module allows cross and break down the values (figures and amounts) that are specific to each Social Security institution.
This breakdown involves:
• The total workforce: Numerical statistics of the population: Employers, Insurants, Beneficiaries, etc.)
• Contributions and allowances transactions
• Files
• Payments
Hundred of tables can be produced where selection and classification criteria are specified: Regimes, centers of management, etc.

SSIC STATISTICS PRINTING

This module allows provide tables as per SSIC model (80 standard tables) classified per field:

  • Registration of those who are subject to
  • Recovery of contributions
  • Social benefits
  • Administrative management
  • Financial and accounting management
  • Health and social welfare

    The same table produced according to the first SSIC criteria can be printed according to 15 other criteria depending on relevant attributes related to employers: Type of company, center of management, etc.
